Diabetic Retinopathy is a effect of diabetes. It results abnormalities in the retinal blood vessels. The can cause blurry vision and blindness. Automatic vessels segmentation on image detect these vessels, actually resulting faster more accurate results. paper proposed an automatic vessel method that combined Otsu Thresholding with enhancement techniques. In enhancement, it CLAHE Top-hat transformation to improve quality. study used DRIVE dataset provided data. data was generated by fundus camera. methods were applied rise contrast reduce noise image. images had good quality could help process find appropriately computer. improved performance for detecting segment pixels other as background local threshold. To evaluation method, has been measured accuracy, sensitivity, specificity. dataset's showed averages specificity values 94.7%, 72.28%, 96.87%, respectively. indicated successful well work especially thick
